We stand behind every order with a straightforward 1:1 Replacement policy, but it come with term and condition to avoid abuse:

- Covered: first-use issues (invalid/unused key, non-working credentials).
- What we need: short error description + simple screenshot (hide sensitive data) if necessary.
- Result: like-for-like replacement after quick verification.
- Not covered: rule based on app or product itself

⚠️ Anti-abuse: repeated or inconsistent claims, sharing credentials, or chargeback + replacement attempts void the warranty and may lead to ban of the account itself
